SPICE : Diode Reverse recovery transient
Using Cadence Spectre, obtain the variations of the voltage across the diode and the current through it when the diode with a carrier lifetime of 30ns is taken from the forward-biased region to the reverse-biased region. Use the circuit shown in Fig. Ex2.4 and show the variation together with the input voltage

주) 전압 및 전류의 변화를 볼 수 있도록 Scale을 조정하여 그래프를 제시할 것.
